Finally, I bought my 1st house. But it was co-bought with my sister as my salary will be hard to get the loan. Somemore the 10% down payment is from my mum.The 1120 Park Avenue Condo Phase 2 was started sold on last Friday. I went there with my girlfriend on the 2nd day ( Saturday ). I was suprised to know that 80% of Phase 2 had been sold out on the second day.The Phase 2 is about RM40k more
